With a high level of independent decision making capability and minimum supervision, the Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing internal and external user requirements and recommending technical or customized improvements to complex computer systems.  Duties include:

• Understanding, gauging, translating and documenting technical requirements into technical processes and recommendations.
• Leading interactions with internal and external clients to translate the technical and user requirements into application designs.
• Driving the strategy and design of application and system frameworks to improve and customize our computer systems.
• Applying proven design patterns to standardize application architecture and user interfaces.
• Installing and configuring various internal and customized software packages to manage and improve the user experience.
• Driving system configuration, maintenance and reporting.

This position requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT or related field and two (2) years professional experience in job offered or in a related occupation.
