Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst (multiple openings)
Description: With a high degree of independence and with limited oversight, the Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for gathering business requirement from users, recommending strategies, and implementing system enhancements that promote technological efficiency. Duties include:

  • Leading the gathering of customer’s business requirements for unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT);
  • Monitoring business requirements and specifications in order to develop test scripts and test schedules;
  • Leading analysis of customer business processes and conducting system integration testing where required;
  • Training end users on product functions and software changes for deployed systems;
  • Documenting and revising business software procedures, test procedures, and quality standards;
  • Travel required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Information System, Engineering, IT or related fields including: Business, CS, EE, MIS, and closely related fields. Will accept a Bachelor’s equivalent based on a combination of education as determined by a professional evaluation service.
